We offer specialized flatbed delivery with crane offloading for bulk orders such as timber, bricks, and cement. Standard courier shipping is available for smaller hardware items and tools.
Can I return leftover materials after my project is finished?
Yes, we accept returns on unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that custom-mixed paints and cut-to-size timber are non-refundable.
Do you offer trade discounts for contractors?
Absolutely. Licensed contractors and builders can apply for a Gills Trade Account to access bulk pricing, tax-exempt purchasing, and priority delivery scheduling.
How do I calculate how much material I need for my job?
Each product page includes a basic calculator for coverage. For complex structural projects, we recommend consulting with our in-store experts or providing your architectural blueprints for a professional takeoff.
Is Click & Collect available at all locations?
Yes, you can order online and pick up your supplies at any Gills Building Supplies branch. Most orders are ready for collection within 2 hours, provided the items are in stock.
